The triple room offered ample space for my family, with clean bedding and a comfortable layout that made our one-night stay fairly enjoyable. The indoor pool brought some excitement for the kids, even if we had to grab towels from the room.
The hotel itself feels dated, reminiscent of the 1970s, with rooms lacking air conditioning despite claims otherwise. We had to deal with broken amenities, like a malfunctioning TV and a bathtub stopper that didn't work. Parking was a gamble, mostly on public streets without security, and the limited availability only added to the hassle. It was quite a trek to the city center, which really detracted from the value considering the cost. Overall, it left much to be desired for a supposed four-star experience.

The staff provided exceptional service, especially the receptionist who facilitated our early check-in. The room was immaculate, making it easy to relax before exploring the area with my son.
I was disappointed that we couldn't enjoy the pool during our visit.
